We are a locally owned and locally run company, so our local reputation is very important to us, and the success of our business. We know that the moment that word gets around about our contractors being dishonest or disrespectful, we may as well pack our bags and go home. So that’s why basic respect and courtesy is very important to us.
Convenient scheduling
After you contact us, we’ll arrange an appointment for our service call. We operate from 7am until 5pm on weekdays, and on weekends if needed. We know that our customers are busy professionals and business owners for the most part, or hard at work raising a family! So when it comes to making time for the repair guy to come around, it might not be so easy. That’s why we offer service calls at any time that’s convenient for you, so that you can get back to what you do best, while we do what we do best.
Written estimates
Next, and this is just as important, we provide our customers with a written estimate before any work commences. We will only start our work, be it repair or an installation, once we have your approval of our estimate. Why? Because so many HVAC contractors- and building contractors generally- are happy to let costs inflate and deadlines roll on into the future. That’s dishonest, and it’s no way to do business. So whenever you do business with us, we’ll give you an honest estimate beforehand.
